I liked that the room was very spacious. It was designed well. Complimentary water and beer were in the room. Parking was perfect. It was a special service, and there was no stress. You did not squeeze into a narrow building or navigate tight corners. The location near the metro station made travel easy. The staff were attentive. Breakfast had tasty, high-quality ingredients. The room had stylish design, large windows, and a balcony with trees.
The room I stayed in saw poor maintenance. I could not close the bathroom door because it stuck due to the low ceiling. Wood planks covered it, and these planks sagged over time. There was no compensation for this, and they let the issue slide.

the rooms are beautiful my room was a superior room it was quite spacious the window has plants on the outside it gave a garden like ambiance. breakfast is very good the staff are friendly professional and very helpful. the design and amenities at the hotel were awesome.
the room i stayed was poorly maintained i could not close the bathroom door as it was stuck with the low ceiling covered by wood planks. these wood planks sagged overtime due to poor maintenance i called the reception that night but he could not do anything until the next day. another issue was i requested for cutleries the reception could not get what i meant and it took a while to understand 'cutleries'.
